We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will cease. Sections 4, 7, 8, 9, and 10 shall survive termination.

LOVERS'VOW DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOVERS'VOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (i) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES; (ii) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after the changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
