Payment Rules

These Payment Rules govern all purchases and subscriptions made on Lovers'Vow. By completing a payment, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans (e.g., monthly, quarterly, yearly) as described on our website. Each plan provides access to premium features for the duration selected. Prices are clearly displayed and may include applicable taxes.

2. Billing and Recurring Payments

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. For example:

  • Monthly plans are billed every 30 days.
  • Annual plans are billed once per year.

You will receive a receipt via email after each successful charge. It is your responsibility to keep your payment information up to date.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit / Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay (on mobile apps)
  • Certain regional methods (check your account for options)

All payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment details.

4. Free Trials

If you sign up for a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be charged accordingly. Trial eligibility may be limited to one per user.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will not receive a refund for the remaining days of that period.

Exceptions:

  • If you cancel within 48 hours of an accidental duplicate charge, we may issue a refund upon request.
  • In certain jurisdictions, consumer laws may provide additional refund rights.

To request a refund, contact billing@loversvow.com with your account details and reason.

6. Price Changes

We may adjust subscription prices from time to time. If the price changes for your plan, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before the change takes effect.

7. Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, or value-added taxes. The amount charged may include estimated taxes, depending on your location. We will indicate on your receipt if taxes have been applied.

8. Promotional Codes and Discounts

From time to time, we may offer promotional codes or discounts. Each code is subject to specific terms (e.g., one-time use, expiration). Promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

9. Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue. Unresolved disputes may be subject to the dispute resolution terms in our Terms of Use.

10. Security

We take payment security seriously. All transactions are encrypted using SSL/TLS technology. Our payment partners comply with PCI DSS standards. However, no system is 100% secure, and you provide payment information at your own risk.
